  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey, maple syrup and extracts. Stir until well-mixed.
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls. It may help to keep a small bowl of water nearby to keep hands wet as you roll the dough into balls.
  4. Store in refrigerator, about 5 days.
